Welcome to the Cookie Cottage! I’m Shaelby, your average everyday cookie baker, crafting cookies with love. 🍪 I am a mama of two crazy little boys who love to be the official taste testers of all my baked goods. Born and raised right here in the Carson valley, I’m excited to share something I love with you! I absolutely LOVE to bake, and I have found a creative outlet in cookies. I have lots of ideas for fun sugar cookies, and would love to see yours too. I have a state issued cottage license (for both Carson City and Douglas County), and a yummy sugar cookie recipe (with a gluten-free option too).
